01 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, "70jay", "we", and "us" refer to the 70jay online gaming platform. "Player", "you", and "user" refer to any individual who accesses or uses 70jay's website or services.

"Platform" refers to all 70jay webpages, mobile versions, and related services. "Real Money" refers to actual Bangladeshi currency (BDT) deposited by the player into their account.

"Bonus Balance" refers to credits received from promotional offers that cannot be withdrawn directly. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

02 Account Register

Registering for a 70jay account requires accurate and complete information. Providing false details during registration is strictly prohibited, and 70jay reserves the right to close any such account at any time.

• The name, address, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be closed simultaneously and all balances may be forfeited. 70jay enforces a strict policy on this matter.

03 Age Verification

70jay firmly believes that online gaming is for adults only. All players must confirm at registration that they are at least 18 years of age.

If requested at any time, players must submit a valid ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) for age verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Any player who registers using a false age will have their account closed and all balances and winnings forfeited.

04 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on 70jay can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

• Depositing through a third party is prohibited.
• The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit.
• Bank transfers may take additional processing time.
• No fees are charged on deposits.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, send a screenshot of the transaction to our support team. For suspicious transactions, 70jay may request additional information.

05 Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be verified before you can withdraw winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is required for withdrawals of BDT 10,000 or more.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• 70jay reserves the right to hold large withdrawals pending until the account has been verified.
• Multiple withdrawals in a single day are permitted, subject to daily limits.

For suspicious withdrawal requests, 70jay may require additional verification. This is done solely to protect the player.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

70jay offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read before claiming.

• Each promotion can only be used once per player.
• Withdrawing before the bonus wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus validity is generally 7–30 days and may vary by offer.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be combined will be stated in the terms of each individual offer.
• 70jay reserves the right to void a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected on any promotional offer.

Winnings from free spins are added as bonus balance. A specific wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.

07 Responsible Gaming

70jay takes responsible gaming very seriously. Gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. Players are free to set their own limits.

We provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

08 Prohibited Activities

09 Account Closure & Inactivity

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any verified balance will be provided before the account is closed.

Inactive Account Policy: An account with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 or 5% of the balance, whichever is lower.

70jay reserves the right to close accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information.
• Suspected involvement in illegal activities.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

70jay handles the collection, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties.

11 Limitation of Liability

70jay always strives to provide reliable service; however, liability may be limited in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a problem with the player's device.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Breach of security on the player's own account.

70jay is not liable under any circumstances for indirect or incidental damages. 70jay accepts no responsibility for financial losses resulting from gaming, as all game outcomes are entirely random.

If a technical error causes an abnormal game result, 70jay reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.

12 Changes & Updates
